In a powerful display of leadership and collaboration, 80 Chapter Officers from across the nation gathered at the International Employee Ownership Center from January 7–9, 2026.

More than 80 ESOP volunteer leaders from across the country came to Washington, DC for a productive gathering of The ESOP Association’s (TEA) State and Regional Chapter Council (SRCC).

On January 15, 2026, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) officially ended the National Enforcement Project against ESOPs, an initiative that began in 2005.
