Develop a solid foundation, develop new perspectives on ownership, and learn with and from one another at the ESOP Employee Accelerator Program (EEAP).

This one day course is designed primarily for hourly and salaried non-managerial employee owners, the EEAP offers a combination of interactive lecture, small group discussions, and structured exercises.

Typically, attendees come from ESOP companies where developing a culture of ownership is an important aspect of corporate success. Participants are often members of the board, ESOP committees, problem solving teams, company trainers, and informal non-managerial leaders.

The ESOP Association has long been the leader in education for senior leaders of ESOP companies with programs like the Leading in an Ownership Setting: The Program for CEOs at UPENN, Chapter CEO Roundtables, and the CEO Track at our Employee Owned Conference in Las Vegas.
