We built the University on member feedback and workforce research. It combines in-person programs, live online courses, and on-demand content to deliver flexible, scalable professional development. EOU’s Welcome to Employee Ownership is a new onboarding solution created specifically for HR teams and organizations seeking a more consistent approach to helping new employee-owners understand the fundamentals of ownership. The program provides a structured first-year learning pathway that companies can implement over time, reinforcing ownership culture from day one while helping employees build a deeper understanding of what it means to be an owner.
