Program Structure & What It Offers

The FCP combines flexible online learning with a high-impact, hands-on workshop to deliver a complete, practical learning experience.
 

1. Online Coursework (EOU Platform)
Complete foundational modules through Employee Ownership University at your own pace before attending the live workshop. You’ll build a core understanding of instructional strategies, adult learning principles, and session structuring.
 

2. Full-Day In-Person Workshop
Put theory into practice during an intensive, interactive single-day workshop designed around real-world application.
 

During the Workshop, You Will:

• Explore the "Why": Discover the critical need for certified facilitators across the ESOP ecosystem and how elite facilitation builds stronger employee-owned companies.
• Observe Expert Teaching in Action: Watch proven, highly effective instructional strategies come to life during a live model lesson.
