Volunteer Leaders Across The ESOP Association’s 19 Nationwide Chapters Gather for Strategic Planning, ESOP Advocacy

Highly Engaged Chapter Leadership Teams Helping Drive Innovation & Growth at TEA
The ESOP Association's chapter structure, established in 1986, is a key element of our organization's strength. Comprised of 19 chapters across all states and regions of the U.S., TEA’s chapters are led by dedicated volunteers who play a vital role in advancing employee ownership.
Volunteer officers are essential to the success of our chapters. officers strive to fulfill the mission of The ESOP Association by organizing events, sharing their ESOP expertise and experiences, and advocating for employee ownership. Each January, chapter leaders gather at the International Employee Ownership Center in Washington, DC to network, exchange ideas, and develop strategies for the coming year.
This year's meeting included a day on Capitol Hill meeting with Senators and Representatives to advance The ESOP Association’s legislative and regulatory priorities. In addition to advocating for a fair and transparent adequate consideration regulation, volunteer leaders also communicated the Association’s strong support for Lori Chavez-DeRemer, President Trump’s nominee for Secretary of Labor. Teams had meetings with 95 out of 100 U.S. Senate offices and 250 Congressional offices.
Back at TEA headquarters, key discussions focused on leadership, membership, programming, communications, and advocacy. Chapter leaders also had an idea exchange where they shared information about their successful chapter events and best practices.
Over 30 chapter events are planned between now and the end of April. We encourage you to attend a chapter meeting this spring and learn more about employee ownership!
We are grateful to our chapter officers for their leadership, dedication and volunteer service! If you are interested in becoming more involved with your local chapter, please contact one of your chapter officers listed on The ESOP Association website.
