TEA to Testify Before Congress

Daniel Goldstein, President and CEO of Folience, and a member of TEA’s Board of Governors will testify before the House of Representatives’ Small Business Committee at their hearing on employee ownership. Goldstein will testify on behalf of The Association and the entire ESOP community.  

Testimony like this is a vital part of our efforts to defend and support all ESOP companies in America and their 10.6 million employee owners.  

The hearing is scheduled for February 12, 2020, at 11:30 A.M. ET

Goldstein’s testimony will address issues of key concern to the ESOP community; all members are encouraged to watch the event.  

The Committee Chairwoman is Rep. Nydia Velazquez (D-NY), who in 2018 introduced the Main Street Employee Ownership Act.
