The Employee Ownership Foundation, in partnership with the University of Virginia’s Darden Executive Education and Lifelong Learning, hosted a 30-minute webinar with Q&A focused on Leading in an Ownership Setting™, the flagship executive education program for ESOP leaders.
The webinar featured Richard Evans, Senior Associate Dean at the Darden School, co-lead of the program, alongside program alumni Matthew Elhadad, President & CEO of Nelson-Rudie, and Jason Kelly, CFO of Jasper Holdings, Inc. Attendees gained a clearer understanding of how Leading in an Ownership Setting™ equips ESOP CEOs and CFOs (and senior finance leaders) to navigate early tenure challenges, strengthen their leadership approach, and build the mindset needed to lead effectively in an employee-owned environment. The facilitators emphasized that the programs are highly interactive rather than lecture based, and that peer learning is central to the experience.
