Advocacy Events
Advocacy Academy (Tuesday, May 5) is a half-day seminar that will help you participate in Congressional meetings with confidence. You’ll learn what to expect, how to tell your ESOP story clearly, and have time to practice with your teammates.
On ESOP Advocacy Day (Wednesday, May 6), you’ll head to Capitol Hill to meet with members of Congress and their staff to advocate for bipartisan legislation and share detailed research on the benefits of ESOPs. You don’t have to be an ESOP policy expert to join! Your most effective tool is simply telling the story of how your ESOP has impacted your life. That is what spurs members of Congress to action.
ESOP stories are already driving an unprecedented number of bipartisan, pro ESOP bills through Congress. These bills will protect your ESOP, make it easier for your company to grow, and spread the benefits of employee ownership throughout the country.
