Employee Ownership University is The ESOP Association’s (TEA) comprehensive learning platform delivering high-quality, accredited, research-driven education for employee owners and ESOP organizations.
We built the University on member feedback and workforce research. It combines in-person programs, live online courses, and on-demand content to deliver flexible, scalable professional development. Participants gain a consistent, rigorous learning program that builds individual capability and strengthens organizational performance.
