More than 60 educational sessions and roundtable discussions across five learning tracks covering all aspects of ESOPs. Whether you’re a new employee owner or a veteran CEO, our educational programming will make you smarter, with expert speakers, presenters, and facilitators to expand your knowledge base on dozens of key topics.

Our opening General Session keynote speaker, U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen, will present his latest legislation to spur new ESOP formation by providing greater access to capital.

Our Friday General Session will feature Paul Begala and William Kristol, who for decades have played leading roles in shaping the national political discourse on the Democratic and Republican side, respectively. You won't want to miss what Paul and William have to say about our current political climate in this unique fireside chat moderated by TEA President & CEO Jim Bonham. 

The Employee Ownership Foundation Luncheon, featuring a fireside chat with incoming TEA Chair Karen Ellis and incoming EOF Chair Dave FitzGerald. Help us celebrate the TEA’s and EOF’s recent achievements and get a preview of what’s in store for the future.

A Celebration of Excellence in Employee Ownership, where we’ll honor the winners of the Employee Owner of the Year, the ESOP Company of the Year, and others. We will also be announcing several special honors reserved for significant achievements in advancing the cause of ESOPs and employee ownership.

TEA’s Advocacy Academy and Advocacy Day: Learn how to effectively participate in the political process from some of the nation’s top political and public affairs communicators during TEA’s Advocacy Academy. Then put those newfound skills to use during Advocacy Day, when employee owners take to Capitol Hill to meet with their Congressmen and Senators. At the conclusion of Advocacy Day on May 17, you won’t want to miss our Congressional and Welcome Reception, being held this year on Capitol Hill!
