Iowa / Nebraska Chapter Chat | Episode 4: Midwest Conference Recap

The gang is back from Minneapolis and is ready to chat about it! Chapter Chat host Emily Burds (Rayser Holdings) is joined by Brian Crotty (HDH Advisors), Bob Theisen (DISTek), and Cathy Maddox (Commonwealth Electric) to chat about their experience at the 2023 Midwest Regional Conference, held in Minneapolis, MN September 20-22!

The group chats about what it was like being a part of record-breaking attendance at the conference (over 800 attendees!) and how impactful it was to bring the Midwest together for a jam-packed few days of sessions and events. They each share their favorite sessions they attended and their biggest takeaways. They also dive into why conferences like these are important and why more ESOPs and employee owners should attend and get involved in the Association.
