The ESOP Association’s Fiduciary Guidebook is Now Available!

The ESOP Association is thrilled to announce the release of its comprehensive ESOP Association Fiduciary Guidebook – a must-have resource for anyone involved in managing an ESOP. This comprehensive guide is designed to equip ESOP fiduciaries with the knowledge and tools they need to confidently navigate their responsibilities and ensure the success of their ESOP.
This guidebook comes out at a crucial time, as a draft adequate consideration rule was made public by the Biden Administration’s Department of Labor and then immediately withdrawn by President Trump. As the regulatory environment for ESOPs continues to remain uncertain, fiduciaries must remain vigilant and knowledgeable about their roles.
The ESOP Association’s comprehensive fiduciary guidebook provides the necessary guidance needed by those in leadership positions within ESOPs on how to manage their ESOP effectively.
According to TEA member Ted Becker, Partner at McDermott, Will & Emery, LLP, “This Guidebook is for ESOP fiduciaries and others who have responsibilities inside their company relating to its ESOP. It is a ready reference on a wide variety of topics, including governance, fiduciary responsibilities, valuation, administration, culture and communications, defense of claims, regulation, and cybersecurity.”
The Fiduciary Guidebook is now available for purchase at The ESOP Association’s online store. Member price is $50, non-members can purchase for $199.
