The AACE Awards honor and celebrate outstanding achievements in ESOP and employee ownership communications. Effective communication and engagement with employee owners and the broader community play a vital role in every ESOP’s success. In November 2025, the Employee Owned Conference in Las Vegas recognized this year’s winners. Judges select winners in seven categories: video, print materials, intranets, community engagement, single event, series of events, and total communications. They evaluate entries from two groups: companies with fewer than 250 employees and companies with 250 or more employees.
