Chapter "Summer Education" at TEA

Summer may be here, but there’s no vacation for TEA’s Chapter teams! We’re continuing to be all about education, as hundreds of TEA members participated in 18 Chapter events held throughout the nation in the month of June. And it’s going to be a busy summer, with ten more TEA Chapter events being offered in July and August. We’ve got Roundtables, ESOPortunity events, multi-track meetings, and golf outings planned, so please be sure to check the latest calendar and join an event near you!

TEA’s summer Chapter events offer members the opportunity to stay connected, learn about important technical and culture/communication topics, and network with their fellow ESOP peers.

As summer activities continue to roll throughout July and August, TEA Chapter teams have already started planning for our fall Chapter conferences and meetings. Chapter Officers, Committees, and Executives are busy collecting speaking proposals and developing agendas for our fall events, and many conferences have already opened for registration. 

There’s also big news for the Florida and Rocky Mountain Chapters, TEA’s newest chapters, who will be hosting their first multi-track conferences in August/September! Other big items of note: the Midwest Conference is anticipated to sell out with over 700 attendees, so please register ASAP. The California/Nevada Chapter already has over 200 registrants for their September Annual Conference in Reno, Nevada. And the Great Lakes Conference and Multi-State Conference are expected to be larger than ever in 2023.

Every Chapter will have a multi-Chapter or individual Chapter event this Fall! If you are interested in presenting, volunteering, attending, or sponsoring a Chapter Event this Fall contact your Chapter Officers or the Chapter Executive.  Chapter Officers and Executives can be found on TEA’s website –  esopassociation.org – click on the Local Chapters drop down and select your Chapter, then click the “Chapter Officers” tab on the left-hand navigation.

Remember, your TEA membership provides the opportunity to receive special pricing at any chapter event, so if you find yourself traveling this summer and want to join another chapter’s event all you have to do is register online!
