When the Employee Ownership Foundation (EOF) launched the ESOP Employee Accelerator program, the goal was simple: help employee owners build a deeper understanding of ownership and develop the knowledge and confidence to make a greater impact at their companies. Since then, the program has built nationwide momentum, holding classes in locations from coast to coast and giving employee owners opportunities to learn from one another, share ideas to drive value, and strengthen their connection to employee ownership.
This year, we’re proud to celebrate a major milestone: 1,000 attendees have completed the Accelerator program. Along the way, we have held 41 classes, partnered with 31 host companies, visited 16 chapters, and brought the program to 21 states. Together, our team has traveled more than 100,000 miles to support employee ownership education and engagement.
We are thrilled by what these numbers show: employee owners are making time in their busy schedules to learn from one another and bring new ideas back to their companies to drive value and grow real employee ownership.
