Summer may be here, but there’s no vacation for TEA’s Chapter teams! We’re continuing to be all about education, as hundreds of TEA members participated in 18 Chapter events held throughout the nation in the month of June. And it’s going to be a busy summer, with ten more TEA Chapter events being offered in July and August. One of the best ways to build a relationship with and help educate your Member of Congress on ESOP issues is to invite them to visit your company. And as nearly all Members are working from their home districts throughout the month of August, now is the time to schedule those visits.

Mid-summer brings with it a regular cadence for most businesses and employees. For families, school is out, summer programs have begun, and vacations are on the calendar. For many businesses, summertime brings seasonal accelerations as well. Construction of all types is well under way to hit deadlines while the sun is shining. Hospitality and entertainment are in full swing, as more Americans are out and about in the nice weather.
