Employee Ownership Proclamations for Employee Ownership Month
One of the most exciting ways you can engage in advocacy for employee ownership is by requesting a proclamation by your elected officials designating October as Employee Ownership Month. This is simple, rewarding, and helps spread the word about employee ownership! TEA’s guide below can help connect you to your state’s governor and provides some sample language you can use. Other resources are below as well for other ways employee owners can get involved, and there are a few examples of EOM proclamations that TEA members have helped secure.
