At The ESOP Association, we believe in recognizing and celebrating the exceptional efforts and achievements of our outstanding members. It's that time of the year again when we invite you to participate in our Employee Owner of the Year and Company of the Year Awards.

We know that TEA’s success is a collective effort, and we want to honor those members who go above and beyond to contribute to our vibrant ESOP culture. We encourage you to take a moment to reflect on the remarkable accomplishments of your colleagues or company and nominate them for the prestigious awards.

Why Nominate?

Company of the Year Award:

Your ESOP’s success is a collective effort, and you should take pride in our achievements as a team. If you believe that your company has excelled in various aspects and deserves to be recognized on a larger scale, nominate them for the Company of the Year Award. This is an opportunity to showcase your commitment to excellence, innovation, and teamwork.
