Wednesday, President Biden introduced the nation to his American Jobs Plan and Made in America Tax Plan -- plans that seek to alter the federal tax structure, boost America’s infrastructure, and address issues related to families. We have conducted an initial review of these proposals, specifically the tax changes, to consider their effects on the ESOP community. Congressional Leaders Take Steps to Protect ESOP Community
President Donald Trump this week received a letter from 27 influential members of the House of Representatives, urging him to rein in overzealous and unfair enforcement of regulations that apply to ESOP companies.
The letter offers powerful support for ESOP companies, at a time when that support is sorely needed.
