Lynn DuBois has devoted her legal career to fostering employee ownership through ESOPs, educating business owners on how an ESOP can create liquidity, and at the same time provide their employees with equity ownership in the business.
Lynn has been an enthusiastic member of the Association for over 20 years, serving on our Board of Directors and chairing our Advisory Committees, the Administration Committee, and many other volunteer roles.
Chapter of the Year is chosen by looking at the educational programming and conferences provided to a Chapter’s members, support for the Employee Ownership Foundation and our annual ESOPATHON event, association membership retention and new member recruitment, and other metrics for engaging our local communities through public affairs and government relations.

She has been with Gardener’s Supply Company for nearly forty years, serving as COO, President, and for the past two years as CEO and President.
