What does the future hold for The ESOP Association? Come to the 42nd National Conference and find out! At a special General Session on Thursday morning, incoming Board Chair Gary Shorman and new ESOP Association President and CEO James Bonham will share their vision for growing employee ownership and for taking The Association to a higher level.

Shorman is the CEO and President of Eagle Communications, which has been 100 percent employee owned since 2012 and has won multiple Annual Awards for Communications Excellence. Shorman has been active at the chapter and national level, has extensive experience as a volunteer leader of non-profit entities, and has completed the University of Pennsylvania ESOP Executive Leadership Development Program.

Bonham is a recognized expert in public policy, government advocacy, and executive leadership. He brings a wealth of experience as a high level government official, trade association advisor, and business leader with public policy expertise in the fields of taxes, labor, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, and government contracting.  He will be sharing some of his own personal history with employee ownership as well as some anecdotes about a career in Washington that has spanned the past quarter century.
