Registration Now Open for EO Retreat

The Employee Owner Retreat is a great way for hourly and non-managerial employee owners to gain new perspectives on ownership that they can share with their colleagues back at work. Registration is now open!

Hourly and non-managerial employees who want to gain new perspectives on employee ownership—and share their new-found insights with others in the company—have a great learning opportunity ahead: The Employee Owner Retreat.

Held outside Chicago at Downers Grove from Aug. 8-10, the retreat offers a combination of small group discussions and structured exercises to help attendees gain new perspectives on ownership.

Perhaps best of all, the limited size of the retreat makes it easy to for attendees to meet their peers from other ESOP companies and exchange ideas.

To maximize their investment, many ESOP companies send more than one employee owner. Doing so often helps companies more effectively implement the ideas they gather at the retreat.

For more information, including hotel arrangements, topics covered, and costs, visit the Employee Owner Retreat page.

The Employee Owner Retreat is staffed by the Ohio Employee Ownership Center (OEOC), Kent State University and supported by the Employee Ownership Foundation.
