This two-and-one-half day intense learning experience is designed to teach average-pay employee owners how employee ownership works, as well as understanding our free enterprise system. This Retreat is conducted by faculty from the Ohio Employee Ownership Center, which is affiliated with Kent State University. The Retreat is limited to 50 participants.
The Employee Owner Retreat is sponsored by the Employee Ownership Foundation, the affiliated 501(c)(3) foundation of The ESOP Association.
