The ESOP Association’s Annual Conference is one of the largest gatherings of ESOP advocates in America , and is the premier “across-the-board” conference on ESOPs dealing with the human side of ESOPs as well as the technical and operational issues. Traditionally attracting nearly 900 attendees, approximately seventy-five percent of the attendees are senior executives, including human resource specialist, in ESOP companies, as well as employees from those companies who are ownership culture leaders. The balance of attendees are ESOP professionals. This meeting draws the most diverse group of attendees of any meeting held by the Association.
