What we really want to share with you are videos we found by ESOP companies that provide a laugh, some thoughtful introspection on being part of an ESOP company, and the benefits of being employee owned. There are also a few policy based videos as well that bring a different perspective to the viewing. In the spirit of sharing the ESOP message, we thought we’d link to a few videos and let you see for yourself what a creative bunch ESOP people are. Keep in mind, this is just a sample, there are MANY more out there.

YouTube Listing Policy
As is the standard among The ESOP Association’s policies, in order to maintain the highest level of educational information available to members, we ask members submitting video links for the ESOPs & YouTube page on the Association’s website to avoid sales pitches for products and services referred to as “touting.” This policy is consistent with the Association’s speaker presentation guidelines for both national conferences and seminars, and for articles published in the ESOP Report, the newsletter of the Association.
Any member that submits a video link that touts a product or service will not be included in this ESOPs & YouTube listing on the Association’s site.
Educational videos are the main goal of putting together this list of links. This policy is meant to ensure educational materials remain the priority, and represents a conformity with the long standing guidelines for presentations at Association meetings.
