Pamela Klute of Trachte Building Systems, Inc. Named 2007 Chapter Officer of the Year by The ESOP Association

May 15, 2007 (Washington, DC) – Pamela Klute, Vice President of Human Resources at Trachte Building Systems, Inc. in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, has been named the 2007 Chapter Officer of the Year by The ESOP Association.  Ms. Klute is President of the Association’s Wisconsin Chapter.  The award was presented at the Association’s 30th Annual Conference in Washington, DC.  The ESOP Association is the national trade association for companies with employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and the leading voice in America for employee ownership.

As President of the Wisconsin Chapter, Ms. Klute leads the Chapter in a way that does not miss a beat.  She is energetic and a motivational force within the Chapter and organizes well designed activities that are a hallmark of the Wisconsin Chapter.

“Under Pam’s leadership, the Chapter has wonderful educational programs with a high focus on helping Wisconsin companies understand the power inherent in a workforce educated in ownership values,” said J. Michael Keeling, President of The ESOP Association.  “Most important, when unforeseen events left a leadership vacancy in the Chapter, Pam stepped forward with vigor and skill so the Chapter had no drop in services to members.”
