President Obama’s 2011 Budget is Released — What Role Do ESOPs Play?

On the first Monday in February, President Obama released his 2011 proposed budget, a $3.83 trillion budget. As many of you know, ESOP tax benefits are a line item in the budget’s listing of special tax laws. The ESOP benefits are listed as the same as a $1.8 billion expenditure in FY 2011.
