Chapter of the Year is chosen by looking at the educational programming and conferences provided to a Chapter’s members, support for the Employee Ownership Foundation and our annual ESOPATHON event, association membership retention and new member recruitment, and other metrics for engaging our local communities through public affairs and government relations.

In addition to his day job as a software engineer, Trevor also chairs R&K Solutions’ Employee Ownership Communications Committee. Under his leadership, the committee has made great strides in employee involvement in the ESOP, and is the best performing committee the CEO has seen in 17 years.

Cindy is truly a force of nature – and a force for employee ownership.
She has been with Gardener’s Supply Company for nearly forty years, serving as COO, President, and for the past two years as CEO and President.
